DIGIFLOW SERVICES LLC provides digital services only, including but not limited to website development, digital marketing, SEO, graphic design, video editing, AI services, and other custom digital solutions.

Because our services are often customized or personalized, the following refund policy applies to all clients and purchases.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund: Available only before work has begun on your project or service.

Partial Refund: May be available once work has started, depending on the volume of work completed.

No Refund: No refunds once a project or digital product has been fully completed and delivered.

Digital Services & Products

All services and products provided by DIGIFLOW SERVICES LLC are delivered digitally. We do not offer physical products, printed materials, or shipped goods of any kind.

Delivery Issues

If a customer experiences a technical issue that prevents access to a delivered digital file or service, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or re-deliver the service to ensure client satisfaction.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted formally via email. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our billing department.
